I want you to re-think what you have been told; to really think about the best way to enhance your life; to work on your overall health:
1. Health is not just physical - it is mental and financial also.
2. Health requires discipline.
3. There is no point being rich if you are ill; and no point being fit if you are sick in the head - health is
threefold.
4. Health is a lifestyle - not a fad or a diet.
5. Ill-health is a product of ill-advice and illogical ideals.
Balance is essential for health - imbalance is the start of discomfort and poor health; therefore you have to be balanced to be successful.
If you want to be healthy you have to look at life realistically, you must enact discipline in your physical, emotional and fiscal existence, you cannot be healthy in a moment or successful in a second.
- Eat well, but not too much.
- Think before you speak and act, but maintain your opinions and character.
- Spend where you must, save where you can, enjoy and value what you own.
Health is a lifestyle.
- It is better to eat six small meals a day than three big ones - keep the machine running at an optimum level, do not let the energy die.
- It is better to be objective about your relationships than to try to find a fairy tale that does not exist. Learn the lessons.
- Save some money when times are good so that you do not live in fear when times are bad.
